We want you to understand that each piece of apparel is one-of-a-kind, fragile, and rare. Our skilled apparelists often spend over a month crafting a single work of apparel. Due to its delicate nature, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, we strongly advise you to be absolutely sure of your decision before making a purchase. We are here to assist you in ensuring that the apparel you choose is the apparel you receive. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to request additional images of the apparelwork.

Sometimes, you may receive a damaged item. If this happens, we will work to find a solution that benefits you. We may offer to repair the item, exchange it for a new one, or accept a return. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
